I know it was ment for brushes. But who said you can't use it for other things? Sometimes I love to Sit on a bench in a park, and start drawing or sketching. I do take a pencil pouch, but put the pencil grades in order and saves me time, I just go for the one I want or need. I was surprises how big, and sturdy it it. Im very pleased. I can see this used for makeup thin brushed. This has ulimited posibilities.

I bought this in Michaels during the 40% off sale, which they have now and then, and am very happy with how things look so far.

the click-and-lock mechanism is very easy to handle, and provides a sturdy frame which prevents the easel from rocking at all.

the overall design is very stylish, and the legs have a sturdy appearance (and IS sturdy) without being too heavy. the product weighs only 2 LBs!!!

comes with a carrying case, which appears to be good quality, and the easel, folded, fits snugly inside.

the telescope legs extend max to about 170 cm tall, and an average adult has no trouble painting while standing, and if you prefer to paint while sitting, just retract it to your preferred height.

i dont really get what the "utility hook" is for, but it will be more worth the price once i know what to hook!

again, very satisfied. i suggest you wait for the Michaels 40% off because you can get it for 47 bucks, instead of Amazon, who sells it for 74.

Liquitex Assorted 22-milliliter Basics Acrylic Paint , 48-Pack

I searched high and low for this large set of 48 colors. The tube size is generous and the colors are true quality! Delivery was quick! (3 days!) The only problem I had was when puncturing the seal for the first time on the tubes the paint tended to spurt out as if under pressure. This may, however, be due to the fact that I live at high altitude (6000 ft.) This tip may help for those of you who have the same problem: Use a safety pin to puncture the seal instead of the point on the lid. Leave the safety pin in for a few seconds to allow the pressure to release slowly. When you remove the pin you shouldn't lose any paint.

This has to be one of the best purchases I've made. The colors are great and it gives you a wonderful samples to work with. The paint covers nicely and works well even with the modeling paste on canvas.

I am using these paints for wargame miniature painting and am happy with the results. They mix well, but you need to use a flow enhancer when painting minis. I use my own mix, but Liquitex makes a product called "Flow-Aid" that is designed for that purpose. I like the vibrancy of the colors, and this box comes with several colors that are just slightly different, allowing for quick wash/drybrush combos. Also comes with 4 metallic colors and 2 blacks (mars and ivory).

i love this paint. it lasts for a long time, because you really dont need that much and it spreads wonderfully. the only thing is some colors (not very many) are a little different from the tube color, which is to be expected i guess. but overall i love it

Mabef French Sketch Box Easel M22

Fine craftsmanship. The box is lightweight and small when folded into a "suitcase" if you will. It offers moderate storage with adjustable metal trays. You can draw or paint at any angle from horizontal to vertical. My wife uses it for oil pastels. We had a nice piece of 1/8" plywood laying around and cut her a drawing board that fits perfectly into the notched grooves. We both highly recommend this easel/sketch box.

My new easel is working great. I like the functionality of the storage part of the easel. There were no problems with the product or the shipping. It arrived promptly and in excellent condition.
