The Pyramid TimeTrax Elite is an amazing product. Very easy to set up. We plugged the device into our network and the device was automatically detected on our network without any issues. We called Pyramid to help with the software set up. Fortunately we spoke with a friendly customer rep. She dialed into our computer remotely and helped with the set up. Once the software is set up all of your data is transferred into QuickBooks. This is the best feature of the product. It saves our Accounting department hours worth the work because time cards to not need to be put in manually. I would highly recommend this product for businesses with a large amount of employees.

Timeclock and software are very easy to setup and use. Everything is pretty much automatic. And Pyramid's customer support is top notch. If you have any issues or questions, they respond very quickly.

The only thing I couldn't figure out is how to get the export to adp to match up with ADP RUN. Though I did not put more than a cursory look into it, as I only have 15 employees, so typing their hours into ADP is not a big deal.

Definitely recommend this timeclock to any small business manager.
