This was easy to put together and it works great in the classroom. It is a great height for both myself and students to use. The wheels lock and unlock easily. It moves with ease. The hooks for chart paper have fallen off a few times because of the weight of the paper, but a little extra glue (super glue) did the trick. It is harder to use with pocket charts because of the limited places to hang from.
This is a great easel, it comes totally assembled, all you have to do is fold it out and put the canvas holding parts on. Note that in order to put a 50 inch canvas on the easel you will have to have the bottom holder just a few inched off the ground so you will have to get down low to paint the bottom of the canvas. Fine for me, as the easel is sturdy and well priced for the solid craftsmanship. I'm going to paint the easel black so it matches the rest of my furniture and serves as a decorative corner piece when I'm not using it. It flattens for storage but it's still pretty darn tall so I think it's easier to keep it in the dining room corner with a finished painting on it.

I received two of the same paper product made by Adams. They both came in with the first 10 pages or wrinkled and bent. These are large 28X30 inch 50 sheets on a easel pad. I design stained glass patterns so the paper must be smooth and have no imperfections. So I had to trash the first ten page which leaves only 40 sheets. I was not happy at all with the quality for the price I paid. I will not buy this product again.

I had bought some Foohy brand washable markers and they are washable. However, when I needed some more for my kids to play with at my mom's house, I couldn't find them, so I took a gamble with these. They are not marketed as washable, but based on some reviews I thought they would be. Unfortunately, they are not. As with other regular dry erase markers, the only way I could get the stain out was to rub and rub the stain with Murphy's Oil Soap (a tip I found online that actually works)! This was purchased for my granddaughter and the problem is the marker coloring does NOT wash out of clothing. Not good for little people! It was disappointing.
