Alvin Heritage Aluminum Watercolor Easel

I haven't started using the easel yet, but it looks like it will serve my needs. The instructions for putting it together are pretty clear and I was also able to take it apart again and fit it back in its nylon storage/carrying bag. There was one small part that was defective, but a call to the seller got me a replacement part in just a few days with no hassle, no fuss.

This is officially my first easel since my dad, an engineer, made one for me when I was 5 to divert my interest in painting the walls : ) After much research this model won out for the pastel & watercolor art I looked forward to working on, in limited space I might add. It is stable and has as many options for height, horizontal and vertical positions as you can come up with. It came quickly as promised with nice packaging, puts up and folds away easily. The travel case is an excellent feature, most anything can be added to the stablizer bar brush trey (area). For beginner artists, it would be great if those basics were offered on the same page. I love the horizontal position options and how high the legs telescope. I highly recommend Heritage Watercolor Easel for any kind of art, it does not bounce when applying bold strokes with pastels. I almost forgot the feature which originally put it ahead of the rest, it accommodates canvases up to 56 x 36", signage up to 69".

I ordered this for my 5 year old grandaughter. She loved it. dry pen on one side, chalkboard on the other. tray on bottom to hold chalk,etc. Good deal

I bought this for my 6 year daughter as she likes to play "school". The size is perfect for her sitting on the floor and the storage tray is a plus. However, only had it for a few hours and the dry erase board got a chip on the side. Still works just fine for her. Not real good quality, but what do you expect for the cost. I do wish the dry erase board was magnetic.

Reeves 2-3/4-Inch Mini Easels

This is a very good quality mini easel. The wood is hard so it won't dent as easy, it has a nice finish, it has screws instead of air-gunned nails, and the back support/stand is firm and tight, so it's not limp.

My daughter loves painting 2-3/4-inch mini canvases on these mini easels. I put plastic wrap over the easel to protect it so that it can be used to display the finished painting. She gave one easel with a painting as a gift. These look and work great.

I purchased these to hold 2 small frames with my daughters hand print and foot print. They serve their purpose. They are just as they are represnted to be. My only complaint is there is nothing to stop the supporting leg from sliding too far out...when ever I bump them while dusting the back leg will fly out and the frames fall flat. This isn't a big deal in the way I'm using them because the frames don't have glass....but if you were to put something delicate on these easels just be careful not to let it fall.

Pkolino Art Easel - White

This easel seems to be sturdy and good quality, but I can't figure out why it isn't designed to be easier to use. We use it primarily with paper, for painting and drawing. Maybe I should have bought the P'kolino paper roll, because it sure was frustrating trying to feed my standard 18" roll through the space on the top. (First I tried a roll from Ikea, which is slightly greater than 18" so it doesn't fit.) I can't figure out why there is so much wood at the top of the easel. The only purpose seems to be to clamp down the paper, so I would rather have something much narrower with more drawing space below. I thought perhaps I could rip the paper along the top piece of wood, but it didn't rip cleanly. I was also hoping to tuck the bottom edge of the paper into the small piece of wood on the bottom, but with my rough edge from ripping it, it doesn't fit. Overall it serves the purpose of an easel, but, especially for the price, it could have been so much better!

One more note: ours was a gift from the grandparents, and they assembled it for us. We have never had anything to convert the easel into a puppet theater, but it is possible the "scenes" got thrown away with the packaging.

Love this easel. A little tricky feeding the paper roll through but other than that it's perfect for my granddaughter who is almost 3.

We use these for posting directional signs at our shows. They fit the bill, but are light enough to be knocked around, and we have to train the new people how to extend and retract the legs. But for the price, we are willing to deal with these minor inconveniences.

I have purchasedd these easels in the past and they are a great value for lightweight items. We use them in halways to post directional signs and they work out fine. The lightweight plastic design and low price make them an ideal easel to use where more expensive ones would be prohibited.

I would definately buy again!

I bought these because they seemed like a good value. The description says that they are metal. They are in fact, a very cheap flimsy plastic. We purchased them to use for white boards, but the stands are not strong enough to support writing on them. I am very dissatisfied with this product.

I purchased this tripod , shipping was quick its very sturdy and the size is great I can use the large tablet paper or a board and a great price you can't beat that.

What a great item at a great price. The legs are sturdy enough, the removable flip chart holder spring strong enough, the chart arms long enough. I don't think it would stand up to heavy use, or be good to use for children as it is light and portable. It doesn't have a pen tray, but did I mention it is light and portable! Great to have along in case they don't have an easel when you get to your presentation destination.

It is very lightweight and compact, but the hole in the flip chart holder that is supposed to fit over the screw to hold it onto the easel was too small. I had to open it up a bit using a metal file to get it to fit over the screw. Once I did that , the wing nut that screws on to hold the bar in place worked fine and amazingly it was sturdy enough to hold the flip chart in place. The flip chart bar is on a spring mechanism and it did take two of us to get the chart in place one to hold the spring bar open and the other to slip the chart in but that also meant that it did hold the chart firmly in place. I had a gift card that brought the cost down significantly if I had paid full price I probably would have returned it rather than going through all the effort of having to make it work. Will I keep it yes. Would I buy another one no.
