I purchased the thumb box and then this bag to protect it, and am glad I made the purchase! It fits perfectly, has lots of storage pockets for rags, paper towels, and spare canvas boards. This is the perfect bag to leave in your car so you always have an option when you see the place to pull over and make a quick sketch! I'm saying it's time for a road trip!!
These are advertised to hold up a paper or posterboard sign, so I'm not complaining. I tried to use it to hold up a framed picture, but they are not sturdy enough. Just wanted to let others who might consider it for that purpose know. I'm sure it would probably work great for a lightweight paper or posterboard.
This is a very good quality mini easel. The wood is hard so it won't dent as easy, it has a nice finish, it has screws instead of air-gunned nails, and the back support/stand is firm and tight, so it's not limp.
This has been the best little tool ever! I am a new author and this travel easel has been such a life saver. I left it at one event and had to drive back to get it but it was well worth it! It folds up easy and is very sturdy when using. The only negative is that I wish it came with it's own case.
I love this product, it really works well for my huge law books, it's also good for the smaller but thick books. The legs adjust well for page flipping. If you're the end or beginning of the book,where you have a lot of pages on one side and very few on the other, (in a 700 page book this is a big weight issue), it still gets the job done.

This is a very versatile book stand that is easy to carry around and easy to store. It is ideal for smaller books and for those readers who don't need variety of reading angles. However, it can accommodate larger books as long as you are a bit careful how you use it. In addition to books, it works really well with a variety of electronic book readers and the new generation of tablet computers. Few breaks, paints mostly smooth with little/no grit, colors are vibrant and set up really well when dried after a few weeks. Keeps texture very well. Every color you need is pretty much in this kit. If you wanna be the new Bob Ross, this color set is for you. It has all the colors he uses too.

This set is basically a starter set for students or adults who wants to begin painting with oil paint. The good thing about this oil paint is that it is very affortable, which means you can practise and practise painting without feeling you wasting alot of money. The set has a nice range of colours, paints smoothly and colours are vibrant. You can create good texture with this oil paint by using the dabbing effect, Al Prima effect or scrumbling effect. Out of those 3 I like the scrumbling effect the best because I like to experiment with my art work. The scrumbling effect is painting a fairly thick application of color, then removing the paint with a rag, brush or sponge. I have created some interested pieces using this technique. I would recommend this set for anybody who want to created great artwork.
I love this easel. It is sturdy and can adjust up to 34". That's really great. I also love the fact that it can adjust on the top and bottom, leaving it pretty compact. It just hangs over the table for the bigger canvas.

This easel is so nice, its exactly what I wanted. Plenty of storage in the drawer for paints, brushes, etc. The angle of the board can be adjusted to nearly flat also. As an idea, I purchased an ordinary bread board that fit into the clamps and that is what I use to tape the art paper to on top of the easel, and it works very nicely. I needed a table easel and there is a good bit to choose from....so, which to get? A.) THIS ONE. And I will explain why. A lot of table easels will extend up and accommodate a larger canvas, but this one also can be adjusted to "lower" the bottom portion as well as the upper portion. This creates a larger area to work. In doing so, it relocates the drawer that is typically in the front side and places it on the right side. In this drawer can be stored paints and brushes and it has two clasps to keep it closed securely while carrying it around...the part of the easel that holds the canvas condenses (if expanded above or below) and can be lowered and secured as well.....it essentially folds together securely and has a leather handle to carry it by. It's constructed of solid wood and by that I mean it's strong enough to be adjusted without worrying that something is going to snap while adjusting the easel up and down and it travels well. When I purchased this item it was one of the more expensive models but you really do get what you pay for. Look at it as an investment because if you buy something of lesser quality, you're stuck with it and if you buy this (from my personal experience with the easel) you're going to have a better experience in the way it accommodates an even larger canvas, stores your supplies safely and securely with TWO "good" clasps, a reliable & sturdy leather handle, a solid wood built frame that can be adjusted easily and when properly secured it will stay at the angle you set it at. The more I use it, the happier I am I bought it.

These are just what I wanted I needed a starter kit and this fit the bill. The package came fast.
I bought this for my son two years ago. The easel has a dry-erase side and a chalk-board side. The chalk-board side isn't done properly and is too smooth--chalk doesn't write on it. Also, it doesn't function well as a desk. When folded down to a desk it's too high for any child under 5 to sit and reach (the desk area is 24" high when folded down)--and any children's chair is too low for it. I tried stacking pillows for a few months, but it was difficult. Even as an art easel I had to set up a step-stool for my son--then 3--to reach it to paint. Also, the bins underneath make it uncomfortable to sit at as the child's feet hit the bins. And, there is a section of wood on the top of the easel that sticks up making it hard for kids to reach/put their arms down to color, etc. when it's folded down as a desk.

I had a dry erase board which was 3ft by 2 1/2 feet and weighed about 2 lbs. The two support hooks would not stay up with anything that weighed over a pound. This product can hold a sturdy cardboard display but that's about it. I drilled a hole through the plastic support hooks and the two front legs and used a screw to secure the support hooks to the legs so that I can use my dry erase board. I bought this for my white board, but my white board is a bit heavy (24x36)for this easel. I can still write on the white board with no problem, but I have to hold it to erase. The easel itself is nice. it folds up easily and sets up in a snap.
